Meghan Markle has a hit podcast and a new Netflix docuseries coming soon, but don’t get too excited to see her on TV screens next. The Duchess of Sussex just revealed whether she’d ever be open to joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

On Tuesday, Markle had Trevor Noah, Judd Apatow and Andy Cohen on her podcast Archetypes‘ season 1 finale episode. The Bravo talk show host and Real Housewives executive producer recalled that as soon as Markle moved back California in Montecito, fans wanted her to join RHOBH, even though she lives about two hours away. “I’m like, she ain’t joining the Beverly Hills Housewives, everybody,” Cohen exclaimed. “She’s Meghan Markle!”

Markle told Cohen that she never heard of fans wanting her on the show. “You mean really that this is my audition for Real Housewives of Montecito?” she jokingly asked. “Is this the moment?”

“You don’t have to audition. We’ll build the show around you,” said Cohen before Markle confirmed she had no plans to join any reality television series.

In a hysterical moment, Markle revealed to Cohen that they had actually met before. While shooting Suits, the podcast host did her best to make an appearance on Watch What Happens Live! due to her love for Real Housewives but couldn’t get booked. Cohen recalled a conversation with some of his coworkers, discussing the incident. “If it turns out that Meghan Markle actually expressed an interest to be on Watch What Happens Live and we — it is now the biggest blunder in the 13 years of the show,” said Cohen. “So, it’s a great story.”

When the Bravo icon asked if Markle still watched the Real Housewives, the Duchess revealed she stopped watching the series when her felt that her life had its own level of drama.

While we won’t be seeing Markle on any reality shows, she and her husband, Prince Harry’s highly anticipated Netflix docuseries, is reportedly coming to Netflix on Dec. 8.
