It is week two of Megan Thee Stallion’s Hottie Boot Camp 2.0 on Instagram where the Grammy-winning artist is, and I quote, training to be the “thickest b**ch.” Today, the 26-year-old rapper shared her Monday home workout courtesy of trainer and ex-professional NFL player, Timothy Boutte. And all it requires is one kettle bell.

From 2:56 on her latest Instagram video, Stallion embarks on a quick 10-minute warm up before the real work begins.

HOTTIE BOOT CAMP 2.0 / WEEK 2

Kettle Bell Legs and Glutes – 3 sets of each workout (15 minutes) or 5 sets of each workout (30 minutes)

30 second reps followed by 30 seconds rest

KB Swings
Goblet Squats
KB Lunges
Bulgarian Squats
Suit Cases

The “WAP” collaborator finished the workout with a quick ab exercise comprised of sit-ups, kicks, and bicycles. Following the workout, Stallion could be seen laboring up the stairs so we know it’s bound to burn.

Stallion’s fitness journey thus far has led the “Savage” singer to lose 10 pounds as revealed on February 3. During her first boot camp, she threw out all her junk food (or donated it where possible) and tried her hand at pole dancing.

“This sh*t kicked my a** but I’m definitely going back! What are some things y’all do to keep the work out interesting?” she captioned an Instagram post.

In addition to her health journey, Stallion is also prioritizing her natural hair.

It’s no secret that the artist is one of the hardest working in her industry right now- even Billie Eilish agrees.

“You had a year that I think is un-toppable,” Eilish said at the 2021 Grammy Awards on March 14. “You are a queen. I want to cry thinking about how much I love you.
