Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell continue to be couple goals with the 46-year-old actor poking fun at his wife and comparing her to a Bond villain.

Kristen, 40, was caught on camera before she tried cryotherapy, and she wore a small purple bikini paired with socks and slippers, fluffy mittens, big white gloves and a fluffy headband. “You look like a Bond villain girl? One of the two,” Shepard quipped as he filmed her preparing to enter the chamber.

“Like, you’re in Sweden skiing after James, but for some reason you’re in a bathing suit and wearing your mittens?”

Kristen joked: “Typical babe in an action movie. We don’t need no armor!”

But it’s got us thinking, and Kristen would be an amazing Bond villain. Barbara Broccoli, over to you.

The Frozen star shared the videos on her Instagram Stories and revealed to fans that she was “only here for the health benefits.” In later videos, fans saw that she was joined by pal and stylist Nicole Chavez, with the pair both indulging in an ice bath.

Kristen and Dax have been married for six years and have two daughters Lincoln and Delta whom they welcomed in 2013 and 2014, respectively. However, the pair have been open about their difficulties growing together in their marriage, with Dax recently admitting he had relapsed after 16 years of sobriety.

“We’re going back to therapy and I just love that he’s addicted to growth. I will continue to stand by him because he’s very, very worth it,” she shared, admitting that he gave her full privileges to give him drug tests.

They also enjoy solo trips to see therapists, and Kristen joked on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that “every two weeks or so, I’ll go see [our therapist] on Zoom and complain about Dax, and then he’ll give me all the reasons why I’m wrong, and then Dax will do the same and then by the time we meet up in the evening, we love each other again.”
