Khloé Kardashian is putting her best foot forward. On December 3, the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star’s Good American brand launched its first ever shoe collection, just in time for the holidays.
The extensive collection includes sexy sandals, edgy lace-up booties, classic slingback pumps and fabulous flats, with prices ranging from $139 to $375. Like her size inclusive Good American denim range, the fancy footwear is offered in a wide selection of sizes, from 4 to 14 and extended widths in feet, calves and thighs as well.
“As women’s bodies changed over time, the industry’s sizing metric did not keep up, resulting in a system that no longer represents the modern woman,” the brand explained in a statement. “The average woman’s shoe size has increased to a size 9 (from a 7-8.5) and 30 percent of all women wear larger than a size 10.5 shoe, yet there are very limited options available in larger sizes or varied widths, which many women don’t realize they need.”
The brand addressed fit from every angle to create 72 unique sizing variables “ensuring all women have access to quality shoes that fit. Each style also features an ultra-comfortable, proprietary Cloud Sole with an ergonomically design.
In true Kardashian form, 36-year-old teased the collection on Instagram earlier this week by going nude, modeling nothing but a dramatic pair of the $329 over-the-knee scrunch OOO Boots and center, slicked back, tightly braided hairstyle by celebrity stylist Andrew Fitsimons.
Along with her business partner Emma Grede, Kardashian launched her brand Good American in October of 2016 and had the most successful denim launch in history, earning over $1 million in sales on their first sales day. The brand has since expanded beyond jeans to include general apparel, activewear and now footwear.
