Unlike her famous sisters, Kendall Jenner has always been notoriously private about her love life. Despite being born into a family whose every move is filmed and broadcast, the second youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family has always made it clear to the Keeping up with the Kardashians’ producers to keep who she’s dating off-screen and her relationships out of the limelight.

But it appears slowly Jenner may be getting used to letting the public in when it comes to her NBA-playing boyfriend of one year, Devin Booker.

After sharing stories of Booker to Instagram, confirming their relationship for the first time, on Valentine’s Day, Jenner promoted him to a grid post—albeit three photos in—in September. Now, for Booker’s 25th birthday, the supermodel dubbed her boyfriend her “best friend” in an Instagram tribute, sharing a photo of herself lying on top of him on a deck chair with the caption, “Happy birthday best friend @dbook.” She then posted a photo of Booker smiling, tagging him and adding three heart emojis to the post.

In June, Jenner and Booker celebrated their one-year anniversary with both taking to Instagram to share tributes to each other. Jenner posted a cosy photo of them together, while Booker posted a sunset shot that said “1” with a heart emoji and Jenner’s name. Following their anniversary, a source told Us the pair had “practically moved in” together, cohabitating at Jenner’s home in Los Angeles.

“They really respect each other’s careers and give each other space to focus on her modelling or his basketball career,” the source explained at the time. “That’s probably what makes their relationship work so well is that they have that work-life balance.”

Whether or not Jenner will finally let the cameras in on her relationship in the family’s new Hulu show remains to be seen, but here’s hoping.
