Katie Holmes left New York City for a getaway to the French Riviera — and she’s still putting on a show every time she steps outside. The actress and director attended the Red Sea International Film Festival’s Women’s Stories Gala on Thursday evening in Cap d’Antibes, France, suited up and ready to go.
The Rare Objects star opted for a doubled-breasted black tuxedo jacket, featuring a cinched waist and protruding hips, teamed with an ankle-length zip-front black skirt. Holmes slipped into a pair of magenta Manolo Blahnik Hangisi satin slingback pumps, embellished with square crystal buckles and accessorized with diamond threader earrings and a glittering black clutch.
Sweeping her brunette tresses back into a low bun with a middle part, Holmes sported a subtle smokey eye and a bold red lip.
Before suiting up for the evening, Holmes had a busy day filled with events at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. Holmes attended the Kering Women in Motion Talk, championing the “coastal grandmother” aesthetic through her outfit. The Wanderers star wore a pale pastel yellow zip-up jacket over a chartreuse T-shirt, teamed with breezy wide-leg ivory linen cargo pants and icy silver satin knotted sandal kitten heels from Le Monde Béryl.
The style star wore a pair of hoop earrings and kept her hair in effortless beach waves, sporting rosy cheeks and a glossy pink lip.
Before that, Holmes attended the Film AlUla’s “AlUla Creates” Initiative Panel Event, where she spoke alongside Lebanese presenter Raya Abirached, Saudi actress Mila Al Zahrani, Czech model Eva Herzigová and the agency’s executive director Charlene Deleon-Jones.
Holmes wore a mock neck white knit top under a sandy beige blazer, teamed with matching wide-leg trousers for the occasion. The actress teamed her ensemble with snakeskin narrow square-toe boots and accessorized with a gold medallion necklace, hoop earrings and her signature nose ring. Holmes kept her makeup minimal and styled her chocolate brown hair in glossy waves with a sweeping side part.
