Kate Middleton is getting down to business in one of her favorite blazers. Catherine, Princess of Wales stepped out at the London headquarters of NatWest bank to host the very first meeting for her new Business Taskforce for Early Childhood on Tuesday, the next step in her new initiative, Shaping Us.
Middleton continued her fight to emphasize the importance of the early childhood development, wearing one of her go-to blazers from one of her go-to labels, Alexander McQueen. The royal adorned her ivory single-breasted Peak Shoulder Leaf Crepe Jacket over a matching ivory top, teamed with belted black cigarette trousers and black Gianvito Rossi pumps. Middleton accessorized with gold and diamond hoop earring from the British label Asprey and of course, her sapphire and diamond engagement ring, previously worn by Princess Diana.

The royal styled her brunette strands in a bouncy blowout, with her hair parted to the side and kept her makeup minimal for the occasion with just a touch of eyeliner, blush and a pink lip.
Committed to sustainably curating her wardrobe, the royal has been known to rewear her most beloved style staples. Middleton previously wore the Alexander McQueen blazer to the 2022 Commonwealth Games, and on her visit to Jamaica with her husband Prince William last year.

During the convention, Middleton delivered a speech, reported by People, about the importance of positively shaping children’s early years. “I have spoken before about the need to make early childhood the societal equivalent of climate change. In the way that the business world has embraced the net zero target to protect our environmental ecosystems, you also have an important role to play in ensuring that our social ecosystems are protected too. Your business organizations are living examples of these social ecosystems, so building healthy environments both in and out of the workplace is fundamental.”
The event comes two months after Middleton’s launch of the Shaping Us project.
