By now you may have heard about Julia Roberts‘ upcoming rom-com, Ticket to Paradise. She’s starring alongside George Clooney in her highly-anticipated return to romantic comedies (you can read up on everything we know, here). But the actress doesn’t want fans to get too excited just yet. In fact, Roberts thinks the movie may be, “terrible.”

In a new interview with Variety, Roberts was asked about her new film to which she replied, “Christ. I knew this would come up.”

Roberts implied that the movie was going to be jinxed saying, “George is so funny and George and I together, it’s probably going to be terrible because there is too much potential for it to be great, it’ll just implode on itself.” The actress said, “I think that should be the commercial for the movie: ‘It’s probably going to be terrible.'”

She added, “I’m so glad my publicist is on a plane right now.”

In the film, Clooney and Roberts are a divorced couple who travel to Bali together to stop their daughter (played by Kaitlyn Dever) from getting married and making “the same mistake they made 25 years ago,” Deadline reports.

Ticket to Paradise is set to hit theaters in October 2022. This is the first time Clooney and Roberts have been on the big screen together since the 2016 film, Money Monster. They have also starred in Ocean’s 11 and 12, and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind.

Nothing will can compare to Roberts’ classics like Pretty Woman, Notting Hill, My Best Friend’s Wedding (we can go on) but we can’t imagine that Ticket to Paradise with Clooney will be anywhere near terrible. In fact, we’ll be the first in line opening weekend.
