To celebrate her 52nd birthday, Jennifer Lopez gave the world what they were waiting for, sharing a photo of herself kissing her ex-fiance/new boyfriend Ben Affleck aboard a boat in Saint Tropez yesterday. Speaking of Saint Tropez, Lopez’s other ex-fiance Alex Rodriguez is there, too, spending the birthday trip the former couple had planned together—which J.Lo is now spending with Affleck—alone. But back to Bennifer. After posting on the ‘gram, the pair continued to ramp up the vacay PDA, including having a throwback moment aboard the yacht in which Affleck is pictured rubbing lotion on Lopez’s bikini-clad butt, mirroring a scene from the pop star’s 2002 music video for ‘Jenny from the Block’. You can’t make this up!
After their day in the sun, Affleck and Lopez headed to her birthday party at the city’s celebrity hotspot L’Opera, arriving holding hands and surrounded by a small group of people at around 11pm, according to E! News.
An eyewitness who agreed to go on the record, Dr. Daniel Campos, told the outlet, the famous pair “truly looked in love.”
Lopez even reportedly sang along as a DJ played her hits ‘Jenny from the Block’ and ‘Let’s Get Loud.’
“Their entire crew came out dancing and singing holding a sign that said ‘Happy Birthday J.Lo’ and we all sang along around J.Lo and Ben,” E! News‘ source continued.
He added, “I think they felt pretty comfortable there. My table was next to theirs and I didn’t feel they were trying to be isolated. Of course, there were bodyguards but we all got up and danced and there was not any pushing around or space restrictions. It was just like any other jet-setter couple celebrating something big.”
After all the partying, the pair reportedly headed back to the boat and stopped for a quick pash on the way. Ah, young love.
