Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she still wears a dress she stole from the set of Friends in 2001.
The actress, who played Rachel Green, admitted that she fell in love with a dress worn by her friend Courteney Cox, who played Monica Geller, in season eight episode, ‘The One Where Rachel Is Late.’
“I went into her line of clothes and I pulled it out and I still have it and wear it to this day,” Jen shared in a new interview ahead of the show’s reunion episode.
The dress has “tiny little florals with black lace and a cap sleeve and little ruffes,” said Jennifer, to which Courteney joked: “It’s probably gone in and out of style four times.”
The reunion episode will air on May 27 on HBO Max, and on May 19 the trailer dropped showing Jennifer, Courteney, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer reenacting several iconic scenes including the trivia game which led to the groups swapping apartments.
The group even argues whether Ross and Rachel were on a break, and reveal secret details of filming, including how Courteney would write her lines on the table.
Released on the one-year anniversary of HBO Max, the reunion will be just one single episode aptly titled ‘The One Where They Get Back Together.’
As well as starring the main cast, the episode will host a number of A-list guests – including David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon, and Malala Yousafzai – and the interviews will be moderated by James Corden.
“Nothing is scripted, and we are not in character,” David previously revealed, limiting expectations of what fans can expect.
“We are all ourselves, although there is one section of it that I don’t want to give away, but we all read something.”
