Day 1: Use smaller plates and controlled portions to reduce food excess.

Day 2: Chew slowly to promote better digestion and a sense of fullness.

Day 3: Take at least 2 flights of stairs instead of using the elevator to move more.

Day 4: Add at least one serving of vegetables to every main meal.

Day 5: Get up every hour and do at least 10 minutes of stretching.

Day 6: Don’t eat while cooking.

Day 7: Play traditional movement games with children (tag, hide and seek, catch, bell ringing) or get off public transport three stops earlier than necessary and walk the rest of the way.

Day 8: Enjoy raw, unseasoned vegetables as a light appetizer.

Day 9: Do at least 30 minutes of physical activity such as walking, cycling, or dancing.

Day 10: Use spices and herbs to limit salt intake.
