Emily Ratajkowski spent the New Year in paradise during a tropical getaway with friends. But a few days into 2023, she looked back on her teenage years in new photos.
The 31-year-old supermodel shared some throwback pics of her time in Encinitas, California, where she grew up, including one sitting on the floor in a casual-grunge-inspired look and another posing with a group of friends.
She captioned the pic with a song lyric from “Teenage Dirtbag” by Wheatus, “‘cause I’m just a teenage dirtbag baby 🎶.”
In the first photo, she wore a striped button-down shirt with a green cardigan on top, paired with brown skinny pants and red heeled booties. In the second she wore a printed V-neck outfit under a similar green sweater.
The same day, she shared a snap of her current outfit choices on Instagram Stories, which showed a bit more skin, including a cropped jacket with a belt at the bottom, exposing her abs, paired with a low-rise matching wrap skirt.
Ratajkowski gave fans glimpses into her party-filled New Year’s Eve celebration on Instagram including a carousel of photos partying with friends wearing a perfect NYE look — in a glittering chainmail mini dress with exposed back.
She later posted a roundup of bikini-clad pics by the ocean and enjoying a spa day with pals during the getaway, captioning it with a string of emojis: “🌴👙🌅 🧜♀️.”
She kicked it off with a “belfie” shot at the beach showing off her hot pink thong bikini with neon accents. And followed it up with a photo of the sun setting, one in what appears to be a spa wearing a red triangle bikini with high-cut bottoms. Ratajkowski posted another shot in the same suit paired with baggy jeans cuddling up to a friend before ending on a mirror selfie modeling the high-cut neon bikini.
Her street style has changed from her cardigan-wearing, skinny jean days, and throughout 2022 she favored lots of fabulous coats for must-see outfits, as well as head-turning looks in sheer and cutout varieties. As for 2023? We’ll be keeping an eye out for more street style moments.
