Like the rest of us in 2020, Dua Lipa is stuck working from home. Under new lockdown restrictions in the U.K., amid a dangerous second wave of of the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, the 25-year-old got all dolled up for a remote promo appearance.
Posing in a series of sultry mirror selfies for the gram, the British songstress flashed her enviable abs, from inside her walk-in closet, wearing a white cropped ruffled edge baby tee with logo embroidery by Aussie label Dyspnea. She styled the sold-out 90s-inspired top with shark adorned high-waisted baggy jeans, a heavy knit black pattern cardigan and collection of chunky rings. The “Electricity” singer pulled pack her jet black hair in a high ponytail with three braids and wore full face of makeup with included dark brows and matte mauve-colored lip.
“Promo From Home,” she captioned the post, tagging her stylist Lorenzo Posocco, hairstylist Anna Cofone, makeup artist Samantha Lau and manicurist Michelle Humphrey.
The stylish snaps comes just hours after the British songstress dropped her latest track “Prisoner” and accompanying music video alongside Miley Cyrus. The raunchy, party-hard video features the provocative pop stars covered in blood-like liquid, seductively eating glacé cherries, smoking cigarettes and dirty dancing. Throughout the raunchy video, Lipa sizzles in a number of looks including a vintage Gucci black cut-out ensemble and colorful bustier and hot pants combo.
Ahead of its release, Cyrus spoke to Spanish radio station Cadena 100 and said that the collaboration is “perfectly a blend of the both of us.” The Tennessee native, who turned 28 on Monday added, “I’m super proud of it.”
In addition to the new single, the Grammy nominee is promoting her upcoming Studio 2054 exclusive online performance, taking place Friday, November 27. The virtual live show is described to be “an electrifying experience that sees Dua sing, dance, ride on the rhythm, walk the ballroom and downright own the dance floor with an interstellar cast of guest-star, surprise performers, acrobats and artists to tracks from her debut album, the multi-platinum Future Nostagia and her most recent Club Future Nostalgia.”
