Cinderella may have her glass slippers, but Kylie Jenner, Doja Cat, and Tinashe have all snagged the coveted Coperni glass handbag, and it’s been blowing up on social media feeds lately.

Both Doja Cat and Tinashe carried the sought-after accessory on the 2022 Grammy’s red carpet in Las Vegas over the weekend, and on Wednesday, Kylie Jenner wore the fragile statement bag in a series of photos shared on Instagram.

All dressed up for The Kardashians press day, Jenner sported the clear glass blown statement bag ($2,700) with her custom all white Isidora Djurovic suit to promote her family’s upcoming reality series on Hulu, premiering April 14. With little devil horns sprouting up from the purse’s handle, Jenner put two Kylie Cosmetics lip gloss products inside the transparent bag (talk about product placement!).

Doja Cat was the first A-lister seen with the It-bag at the 2022 Grammy Awards, dressing up her sky blue ombré piece ($2,700) with gold candy wrappers inside and a JBL speaker attached to the accessory. Paired with her matching light blue Atelier Versace gown for the red carpet, the Grammy-winner switched dresses for the ceremony — and also swapped out her Heven x Coperni glass-blown handbag, later carrying the same clear devil-horned bag as Jenner.

Tinashe also attended the Grammys with the spherical glass handbag in tow, but chose a red version to compliment her bright pink GCDC gown.

The glass iteration of the Parisian fashion brand’s beloved “Swipe” bag made its debut on runway at Coperni’s Fall/Winter 2022 show, modeled by Gigi Hadid.

Made in collaboration with New York-based glassware brand Heven, the founders, Breanna Box and Peter Dupont, learned glassblowing techniques at the start of the pandemic. Coperni co-founders Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant reached out to the pair on social media where they teamed up on glass renditions the Swipe bag, in a clear, sky blue ombré, and a metallic mirror version for the catwalk.

Whether or not these bags make for a practical carry-all is up for debate, but a brand representative did confirm to GRAZIA USA they will be available for purchase, so you too can (delicately) carry the bag blowing up your social feeds.
