Your celebrity news feeds may have been filled with Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s whirlwind wedding details lately (and now, their romantic Parisian honeymoon), but within the past few weeks there has been a new A-list couple spotted out and about that you may want to have on your radar — Chris Rock and Lake Bell.
According to multiple outlets, the pair were first spotted at a St. Louis Cardinals baseball game, then started sparking dating rumors after they were photographed together during Fourth of July weekend, dining at Giorgio Baldi and Coast Restaurant in Santa Monica. By July 18, they were seen vacationing with one another in Croatia where they held hands and took a scenic boat ride.
Now, the pair stepped out again, this time in New York City, walking arm-in-arm over the weekend. Page Six reported that Bell attended the comedian’s show at Madison Square Garden, where she met his daughters, Zola, 20, and Zahara, 18. Rock, 57, shares his children with his ex-wife of 20 years, Malaak Compton Rock, who split in 2016.
Bell, 43, shares two children with husband of seven years, tattoo artist Scott Campbell, their 5-year-old son Ozgood and 7½-year-old daughter Nova.
In early July, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the two have been dating the past few weeks saying, “It’s a pretty new relationship. They are getting to know each other and seem to have fun.” Adding that Bell’s “first priority” is her kids.
While neither has publicly talked about their relationship status yet, Rock did open up on Kevin Hart’s Peacock series Hart to Heart, about being a “lonely man.” But joked when it came to remarrying, saying he’s “good” for now, but may add someone to his will when he gets older.
Rock and Bell may just be our new favorite low-key couple.
