Kaze Mask

Protective face masks have become a wardrobe staple, and it’s safe to say that the market for them has grown tremendously from its surgical mask origins. Countless brands have unveiled fun patterns and colors, letting personality and personal style shine while still abiding by the CDC’s COVID-19 guidelines. Among them is Kaze Origins, a mask label launched in July 2020. The brand offers FFP2 certified masks (you know them as N95 masks in the states) made of class A materials available in 24 different colors and sizes, including low-key neutrals and super-saturated hues.

Kaia Gerber, Sofia Richie, Addison Rae, and Hailey Bieber, among others, have all been spotted (and photographed!) wearing the fashionable mask as of late. GRAZIA got in touch with the company to discuss how it feels to see so many high-profile celebrities repping their protective face coverings day-to-day“It humbles us. Then it awes us that people keep coming back to KAZE,” marketing and design manager Lydia Tsang tells us via email, adding that the brand’s “variety and thoughtful designs” are likely the reason stars keep coming back for more.

“KAZE’s selection of shades lets people mix and match with their outfits,” Tsang continues, noting that customers also love how their masks come in two different sizes (adult and junior) to ensure precise fit and comfort. “Features such as adjustable ear bands and sponged nose clips provide the wearer with a dialed-in customized fit for comfort.” They are available in two standard models: one composed of a five-layered filter (perfect for when you’re on a flight or in an enclosed space) and another with a three-layered filter (ideal for daily everyday use).
