After years of silence, Britney Spears has finally started talking – and she isn’t holding back. After taking to her Instagram last week to eviscerate her inner circle for allowing her conservatorship to continue unopposed, the singer has now called out family members directly, including her sister Jamie Lynn Spears and father Jamie Spears.

“I don’t like that my sister showed up at an awards show and performed MY SONGS to remixes!!!!!” Spears wrote in her latest post on the platform. The performance in question took place in 2017, as Spears was honored with the Icon Award at the Radio Disney Music Awards. Jamie Lynn took to the stage for a surprise rendition of Spears’ Til The World Ends in tribute to her older sister.

At the time, the pair appeared to be on good terms and smiled for the cameras as they posed together. But as Spears revealed, “My so-called support system hurt me deeply !!!! This conservatorship killed my dreams…so all I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill…yet people still try!!!!”

She also took aim at her father, saying she wouldn’t be performing as long as he benefited from her conservatorship. “For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos…look I’m not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think. I’ve done that for the past 13 years,” she said.

“I’d much rather share videos YES from my living room instead of onstage in Vegas where some people were so far gone they couldn’t even shake my hand and I ended up getting a contact high from weed all the time.” Spears also expressed frustration that her team wouldn’t allow her to include new music in her Vegas sets. “So I quit !!!!” she wrote.

Spears had previously stated last week that those “closest” to her hadn’t been in her corner when she needed them, which appeared to address Jamie Lynn’s recent comments on her case. “There’s nothing worse than when the people closest to you who never showed up for you post things in regard to your situation whatever it may be and speak righteously for support,” she wrote.

“How dare the people you love the most say anything at all…did they even put a hand out to even lift me up at the TIME!!!??? How dare you make it public that NOW you CARE…did you put your hand out when I was drowning???? Again…NO.”

Jamie Lynn had previously spoken out on Instagram in support of her 39-year-old sister, writing, “I can assure you I have supported my sister long before there was a hashtag and I’ll support her long after…note that.”
