In typically Blake Lively fashion, when she showed up to the New York City premiere of her husband Ryan Reynolds‘ latest film The Adam Project, her candy-colored couture stole the show. Donning a jaw-dropping multi-colored pastel paneled chiffon gown from Atelier Versace’s Spring/Summer 2019 Couture collection, the Gossip Girl alum gave the ultimate range of sweet and sexy style.
Pairing her lavish ensemble with unexpectedly casual accessories, Lively has always done things her way when it comes to her sartorial choices (she famously doesn’t work with a stylist). So we shouldn’t be all that surprised that the star accessorized her gown with her signature flair of mixing high-low pieces, including an oversize denim jacket and a pink tweed Chanel mini crossbody flap bag, plus a wrist full of bangles and statement earrings.

With mostly everyone else on the carpet opting for black or neutral colors, Lively’s exuberant look took center stage.
Starring Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, Mark Ruffalo, and more, Netflix’s The Adam Project comes to screens on March 11. The movie follows the tale of a time-traveling pilot, Adam Reed (Reynolds), as he accidentally goes back in time to his youth to collaborate with his younger self to save the future.
Joined on the carpet by Garner in a sleek black Alexandre Vauthier gown, and Zoe Saldana in a sharp Saint Laurent Spring/ Summer 2022 piece, the star-studded event couldn’t be buzzier. The only thing missing? More pics of Garner and Ruffalo posing together for all those 13 Going on 30 fans out there.
