Marvel has dropped a sneak peek at the upcoming Eternals—and Angelina Jolie with blonde hair is the 2021 mood we didn’t know we needed. The mom-of-six looks ethereal with the shocking white hair, as she plays Thena, one of the Gods’ representatives on Earth, serving as Athena’s personal representative. The studio dropped an EPIC three-minute long video, and as well as a look back at the last 13 years of the MCU; it also gave us teasers of their 2021 slate.

Eternals is directed by Oscar winner Chloe Zhao, and the film follows a race of immortal beings who lived on Earth and shaped its history and civilizations. Gemma Chan, Kumail Nanjiani, and Richard Madden also star in Eternals, and the short clip began with Salma Hayek’s character Ajak riding a horse.
“When you love something you fight for it,” she can be heard in the voiceover.
The clip then cuts to the Eternals standing together, before a fight scene featuring Angelina’s character, and one heck of a shot of her wielding a gold sword. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Salma previously revealed that the film has its “own DNA within the Marvel universe,” and many of the filming locations were “real” rather than using green-screen technology.
Angelina, 45, is notoriously private but recently opened up that the circumstances of her life the past few years – namely her high-profile divorce from Brad Pitt – forced her to return to acting so she could spend more time with her children; Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 12.
Previously she was focusing on the directing chair, working on Oscar-nominated Unbroken, By The Sea, and First They Killed My Father.
