A first-generation Greek American and founder of Fancy Peasant Olive Oil, Anastasia Ganias-Gellin, is no stranger to good taste. As a mom of three, Ganias-Gellin is passionate about the Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil — nicknamed “Liquid Gold” thanks to a fruity, buttery and smooth flavor—and creating recipes inspired by the traditional mountain cuisine from her family’s Epirus region of Greece, which she shares on the @Fancy_Peasant Instagram.

When she isn’t whipping up Mediterranean meals in the Hamptons, Ganias-Gellin, enjoys date nights, farm stand visits and making memories at the beach. “I always fantasized about living in the Hamptons full time, and now that we do, I know what I was missing,” says Ganias-Gellin. “I love the alternating rhythms of work and leisure, which are so conducive to my creative thoughts, happiness, and achievements. There is something about being in nature among the stunning beauty and the sea that makes the community very special and my family very happy.”

The Cut at Flying Point. My children learned how to walk on that beach and have grown up there. These memories are forever engrained in my heart.

That’s hard because we sell Fancy Peasant Oil at all my favorite farm stands: Babinskis, Provisions, Balsam Farms are just a few.
