As if the couture and the megawatt jewels on the Cannes Film Festival hasn’t kept us glued to our screens all week long, the annual amfAR Gala Cannes took place on Thursday, and as always, celebrities saved their best, most stop-and-stare looks for last.
Taking place at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, in Cap d’Antibes, France, the Cinema Against AIDS event transforms into a distinguished fashionable fête. In support of the Foundation for AIDS Research, actors, models, and public figures all gather to raise funds and awareness for the cause.
This year, skin is in. Plunging necklines, dramatic silhouettes, and extreme cutouts were the reigning trends of the night, with many donning daring looks from fashion labels Mônot and Dundas.
With performances by Ricky Martin, Christina Aguilera, and Charli XCX, this year’s Gala is set to pay homage to its guest of honor, Robert de Niro. There’s also the annual fashion show, curated by renowned fashion editor Carine Roitfeld, which will also take place during the night.
From actors like Cynthia Erivo and Vanessa Hudgens to models Natasha Poly and Joan Smalls, GRAZIA USA gathered every must-see look from the star-studded amfAR Gala Cannes event.
