When Alicia Keys launched her own beauty brand, Keys Soulcare in 2020, she focused on shifting the cultural conversation around what it means to practice self-care. Now, she’s at it again, helping women embrace their most positive self, by teaming with the activewear brand, Athleta, on a new collection designed to empower all customers.

The Athleta x Alicia Keys collection is launching on International Women’s Day (March 8) with pieces ranging in size from XXS-3X.

“I was drawn to Athleta because we both want to encourage women to discover, accept and own their power,” Keys said in a statement obtained by WWD. “We’re all about the uniqueness of women, body positivity and creating a lifestyle that showcases our immeasurable power within. It’s time to thrive — not just to survive — and my hope is that these offerings are another outlet for you to amplify your personal power, your possibility, and feel comfortable in your own skin.”

In addition to designing the line (along with an all-female team), Keys is also getting involved as a mentor and adviser with the “Power of She Fund” grant program, a nonprofit that empowers women.

The Grammy Award-winner announced the news on Jan. 25, her 41st birthday, which she celebrated by sharing a series of photos on Instagram rocking a glittering sheer Sol by Irena Soprano catsuit (a look that’s quickly becoming her signature!) while holding silver, blue and white balloons.

Of course, she’s bringing her go-to onesie to her Athleta lineup, which she told WWD is her favorite piece of the collection. In her interview with PEOPLE, she shared that fans can also expect mock-neck tanks that pair nicely with high-waisted pants that “cover everything nicely.”

Lately, Keys has been favoring a one-piece look, rocking a purple floral-print Richard Quinn catsuit with matching gloves to ring in the New Year, a gold one-piece with attached sheer cape at the Expo 2020 Dubai in December, and a black asymmetrical onesie with blue sequin accents on one side, during a concert for SiriusXM and Pandora’s Small Stage Series in New York City in November.
