2021 was undoubtedly a successful year for Adele—both in her music career and her newfound title as a style icon. The 33-year-old is continuing her reign well into 2022, and her first act of business took place nowhere other than Instagram. The “Easy On Me” singer announced the release of her upcoming single ‘Oh My God’, which is expected to be released on January 12.

News of the highly anticipated music video isn’t the only thing that had fans in awe at the post; they also couldn’t get enough of her look. The singer set fire to Instagram in a stunning corseted scarlet red satin gown. The gown in question is no other than a custom Vivienne Westwood number complete with a silk tulle bolero and train straight from the Vivienne Westwood Couture collection. The look also bared the singers shoulders playing into he ultra high fem ensemble.

Adele paired the look with gorgeous drop diamond earrings and a statement-making necklace. Adele’s fans quickly took to the comments calling out the odd-accessory out: a red apple the singer posed with. She captioned the photo simply with “Oh My God Video – January 12″ and left the rest to her fans imaginiation. One noting “The apple emoji officially belongs to Adele” another saying “Adele is pioneering the yassification (Gen Z for making trendy) of apples.” One thing all the comments have in common is that her fans are 100% here for this look.

Adele’s fashionable promotion of the ‘Oh My God’ music video didn’t start with this Vivienne Westwood moment. Last week, she shared a video teaser from the video in another custom look. This time it was a custom Louis Vuitton gown that took notes from the house’s Spring 2022 ready-to-wear collection. I do know about you, but our calendars are marked and alarms set for the big debut.
