And there you have it. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has been picked up for its fifth season, marking the end of an era. The day before the hit series is set to return with season 4, Prime Video has announced the renewal of one final chapter, and the beloved show’s final act.
As the most awarded series in Prime Video’s history, the Amazon Original has garnered more than its fair share of critical acclaim. Scooping up 20 Emmy Awards, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel has collected five Critics Choice Awards, two Producer Guild Awards, five SAG Awards, and a prestigious Peabody Award. Rachel Brosnahan has won two Golden Globes, an Emmy, three SAG Awards, and two Critics Choice Awards during her time portraying the rip-roaring comedienne Midge Maisel. Her impressive list of accolades breaks records for an actor to accumulate in any one particular series.
