The anticipation for literally any content about Gigi Hadid’s adorable baby Khai is at a constant high for us, so when we saw Yolanda Hadid had just shared a new photo of the (now seriously grown up) little girl, we were beyond excited.
Yolanda posted the latest photo of Gigi’s child to her Instagram page in a three-generation snap. In the picture, Gigi Hadid is about to head out on horseback, and Khai is in her grandmother’s arms having a little pat of the horse before she heads off.
The post is actually a return to social media for the Real Housewives star, after a ten month hiatus. “After my 10 month social media detox i am trying to figure out a healthy way of connecting with my online community without making it a daily thing because posting and engaging in social media can take up too many hours of my day,” she says in the caption.
The post of Khai is part of a carousel that features images of Yolanda with daughters Gigi and Bella Hadid, plus other sweet, candid family snaps.
The post is actually a reflection on mental health and social media usage, which Yolanda Hadid believes can be toxic. “Only In time will we learn the consequences of phone and social media addictions, in the mean time try to stay present, enjoy your family time, have a cup of coffee with a friend, put your phone away when you are with young children, make those around you feel worthy of your time and attention so together we can see all the beauty life has to offer,” she continues.
Khai was born in September 2020 to Gigi Hadid and then-partner Zayn Malik, so she’s two-and-a-half now – time flies! While the couple split up after an alleged altercation between Malik and Yolanda Hadid, they continue to co-parent their daughter amicably.
