It mightn’t surprise you to know that Victoria Beckham is serious about her health and fitness, but even on a super yacht? Yep, it turns out she’s still sticking to her exercise routine. The star, who is currently at sail on holiday in Italy with her family, had her healthy habits exposed in a recent Instagram video posted by her husband, David Beckham.

The football legend shared a hilarious video trolling his wife, captioning the short clip, “can’t even have a coffee without lunging Vic” as the former Spice Girl was seen doing banded lunges on the outside deck of the boat behind him. Victoria replied to her husband’s post, commenting, “Looks like I lost my training partner this holiday David!”

It’s not the first time that David has revealed his wife’s commitment to maintaining her health. Earlier this year he spoke on the River Café Table 4 podcast about Victoria’s daily diet, saying, “I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate away from there.”

While Victoria admits that she’s “disciplined” when it comes to her diet, she insisted that it’s not as strict as it seems. She revealed in recent interview that she eats “lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing,” but agrees that “I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking.”

Gentle joking aside, the pair happily celebrated their decades-long wedding anniversary in recent weeks. “They say he isn’t funny, they say I never smile, they said it wouldn’t last,” Victoria wrote in an Instagram post. “Today we celebrate 23 years being married. David you are my everything, I love you so much!!!!”
