If you ever need a love life update from Dua Lipa, it seems you just have to head to Service 95. After confirming she was still single in an earlier episode after a dinner date with Trevor Noah, the singer welcomed the man, the myth, the legend onto her podcast this week and the romantic tension is palpable.
“We are delighted to announce that the fifth guest on our podcast ‘Dua Lipa: At Your Service’ is comedian and author Trevor Noah (@trevornoah),” an Instagram post reads. “In this episode, Dua and Trevor discuss his childhood growing up in apartheid South Africa, the subjects in his captivating memoir Born A Crime, and what he’s managed to achieve during his seven-year tenure as host of ‘The Daily Show’. He also gives us a glimpse into what might lie in store for the future. Available on your favourite podcast platforms, listen in full now via the link in bio!”
Alongside some pretty important topics, Noah reflected on his friendship (ahem, romance) with the Future Nostalgia star. Gushing about Lipa he said, “I said to my friend one day, ‘Every time I see Dua Lipa, it’s at an award show. So, now that means if I see her, my life is going well. Now I just hope to see her more so that it means my life is going exceptionally well.”
Given the pair were seen on a date in New York City earlier this month it seems his life is going very well. Noah continued, addressing the host, “You’ve always been really wonderful and gracious. You’ve always been a really wonderful light, just in the spaces that everybody’s in.”
It seems the couple aren’t necessarily exclusive though. In a previous episode Lipa revealed she’s embracing being single. The pop star was previously linked to Anwar Hadid whom she dated for two years.
