Last week, Dua Lipa was photographed on what very much looked like a date with Daily Show host Trevor Noah in New York City. At the time, the pair, who are thought to have met earlier this year at the Grammy Awards when the pop star was performing and the comedian was hosting, were seen having dinner at Miss Lily’s in the East Village.

An eyewitness told DailyMail, who obtained pictures of the two walking together and Noah kissing Lipa’s cheek, “They were quietly sat away from everyone else at the restaurant. It was clear they were into each other and sat close together throughout the meal. They left together and walked, stopping for long embraces and on the second kiss with hugs.”

Now, a week on, Lipa has subtly confirmed the two are not exclusive by saying she’s single on the latest episode of her podcast, Dua Lipa: At Your Service

“For me, this is the first year I’ve not been in a relationship for a very long time,” she said on the episode released October 7th. “It’s been really great to just be alone and only think about myself and kind of be quite selfish.”

Lipa says she’s embracing being single as she’s “never really had the opportunity” before now. She was in a five-year relationship with London chef Isaac Carew before she began dating Anwar Hadid, who she was with for two years until 2021.

“But when you find someone that really softens you and calms you down,” she added. “I think it is the Leo thing—it makes a big difference.”
