By now, we know that when Hailey Bieber works with her long-time makeup artist Mary Phillips, magic ensues.
Phillips often works with the skincare entrepreneur for events and red carpets, enhancing her already-immaculate skin and focusing on subtle details like a glossed lip, flushed cheek or subtle pop of colour. The final result is always incredible, but this latest neon pink moment has us adding bright liner to cart as we type (and if you keep scrolling, you can also do the same).
Both the model and makeup artist shared the look to Instagram, with Phillips adding the caption, “brought the neons out with @haileybieber 🎀”. The neon detail was a tiny winged liner, that extended from the inner corner to just beyond the natural end of her brow. Subtle but cute, Phillips paired it with her signature glazed donut skin, a strawberry-hued flushed cheek, soft brows and plenty of lip gloss – no doubt Bieber’s very own Peptide Lip Treatment from her newly-minted beauty brand, Rhode.

Part Barbie-core, part Ballerina, Bieber added little pink bows to her cropped hair, tiny pink peach earrings and a yellow neon manicure. Of course, she also wore a boxy, over-sized leather jacket (a somewhat signature Bieber sartorial piece).
