Some brands assign creative directors who are silent, and blend in to the backgrounds of the industry. Louis Vuitton is definitely not one of them.

Pharrell Williams has long established himself as a game changer in the fashion world. Moving the needle with his distinct style, inclusive approach and undeniable creative genius. He is the epitome of an artist who refuses to regulate his artistic direction.

His Fall/Winter 2024 collection embodies signature aspects of his discography with a western cowboy twist. From fantastical shapes to Barbie-core reigns the this Louis Vuitton collection continues to pull inspiration across culture and art. With a particular focus on bags in different sizes, shapes, colours and designs, GRAZIA takes you through some of the pieces and trends we spotted floating on the Parisian runway.

Completely different in aesthetic and vibes, both these purses exude a chic sense of style. The first one embodies a futuristic font with its abstract shape and double leather detail. While the other simple black leather purse void of any logo and a soft rectangular shape.

While the former is for the edgy streetstyle individual, the latter is for those who opt for classy timeless staples.

In unique fabrics and textures the men’s FW23 Louis Vuitton collection take features from the brand’s iconic Speedy silhouettes. Arguably the brands most iconic handbag style, these option fit into a range of closets.

Soft and plushy, look 14 debuts a cushioned version of the Speedy with a faded white monogram print. The second options also features the brands signature print this time on crocodilian leather. In versatile muted colours, these spacious cult favourites have quiet yet eye-catching touches to them.

In his debut Louis Vuitton collection, Pharrell gripped the audience with adamantly loud hues of the usually mutes brand purses. Featuring animated red, yellow and green monogram purses in his launch campaign with Rihanna, we knw that the creative director indulges in the shock of colour.

This time he introduces a Barbie pink to the mix, as the oversized magenta hue masterpiece takes the runway. In another effort to ditch quiet luxury Pharrell shows us how to indulge in the maximalist double bag trend with this collection. Under his arm the model carries two indigo bags in different sizes.

Borrowing a page from Golden Goose’s unkempt luxury book, we see faded versions of the LV monogram bags in Fall/Winter collection. Paling on the ends and corners, the scuffed bags come in the traditional duffle bag and a unorthodox shoulder bag.

Nothing says luxury than a nonchalant, if-you-know-you-know attitude to expensive pieces.
