Palestinian DJ duo Simi and Haze Khadra have been players in the fashion scene for much longer than you’d think. The pair has been sitting in the front row of shows such as Chanel, from as early as 15 years old. Born in Riyadh as Sama and Haya Khadra, the sisters have stayed true to their Arab roots, making sure to circle back to the Middle East as often as possible. They’re also the younger sisters of Kardashian close friend Fai Khadra.
Their early involvement in the fashion industry stems from their mother’s boutique in Riyadh, which helped them learn the ins and outs of the fashion world. After finishing high school in Dubai, they went to the University of Southern California to study Film Production and Fine Arts. They graduated at the top 2% of their class all whilst going to shoots, DJing, and partying with celebs like Kylie Jenner, Bella Hadid and Hailey Bieber.
When they aren’t DJ’ing in LA, these sisters are managing their new beauty brand, SimiHaze Beauty. With it’s unique design, the brand has a selection of cruelty free products such as their Velvet Blur Matte Lip Balm.
