Not hiding his excitement now that his first daughter is an older cousin, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein took to Instagram to share a heartwarming moment.
He posted a photo of his six-month-old daughter, Princess Iman, reaching out to her newborn cousin. The sweet gesture perfectly captured the family’s excitement.
Sharing the post with his 5.1 million followers, he lovingly welcomed Princess Iman, “Welcome to the family, Amina! May you be a source of joy for your parents and a loving sister and lifelong companion to my daughter.”
Also featured in the precious new snapshots was Crown Prince Hussein’s wife, Princess Rajwa, who stood between her brother-in-law, Jameel, and her husband as the two proudly held each other’s daughters.
Queen Rania Announces Princess Iman Has Given Birth
The joyous news of Princess Iman and Jameel becoming parents was confirmed by Queen Rania via her official Instagram page.
“My darling Iman is now a mother. We’re grateful and overjoyed to meet Amina, our family’s newest blessing,” Queen Rania stated in the caption.
Princess Iman gave birth to her baby on February 16, 2025, at Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II Hospital in Aqaba, Jordan,
Her Majesty shared a photo of the couple at sunset where the silhouettes of Jameel and Princess Iman are seen, along with the royal’s growing baby bump.

The news of the couple’s first child comes nearly two years after Princess Iman and Thermiotis tied the knot.
