In an exclusive interview with GRAZIA, Selling Sunset’s newbie Marie-Lou Nurk, who was introduced as Jason Oppenheim’s stunning new girlfriend, revealed plenty of spoilers and secrets. Marie-Lou, who called it quits with Jason just weeks ago, told GRAZIA that she “knows that there will be a lot of press [when season 7 comes out] because we were still together at this point.” She also revealed, “I’m also involved in a little bit of drama with Chrishell.” So, what can we expect from Selling Sunset season 7?

Marie-Lou Nurk also revealed that we can expect the new season to be released sometime in October. “So season 7 will come out in October and it’s already been filmed. We shot the last episode in March,” she told us.

Whilst Marie-Lou Nurk didn’t address what the drama between her and Chrishell is centred around, we can take a pretty good guess that it’ll have something to do with her past relationship with Jason. When asked if it’ll be a drama-filled season, she replied “yes, a lot of drama. I’m not the one pushing the drama, but someone else is.” Whilst Marie-Lou Nurk didn’t confirm that Chrishell is the one “pushing the drama,” it seems pretty clear that the finger is pointed at her.

Afterall, Marie-Lou Nurk did point the awkward encounter she had with Chrishell the first time they met. “Chrishell didn’t know I was coming so I think she was a little bit shocked, but the rest were okay,” she told GRAZIA. ‘Emma is always with Chrishell so they always team up, so I got a little bit nervous around them… But I think Chrishell had a little problem, because her relationship with Jason wasn’t that long ago.”

From the second you watch Marie-Lou Nurk make her debut on Selling Sunset, you can instantaneously sense a difference in her calm and almost shy demeanour in comparison to the rest of the cast. “In LA the women think that the louder they are, the better they feel, which can be good in many areas of your life. It’s good to be confident and loud. But it’s not my character to be like that, I’m confident but I’m more calm. I really think it’s a European thing.”

While we wait until October to see what goes down on the 7th season of Selling Sunset, Marie-Lou Nurk seems to be living her best life. “When it comes my personal life, right now I’m doing my influencing, modelling and I’m just super happy in Paris. I have some exciting projects coming up in a couple of months but can’t talk about yet!”
