How does the digital concierge service work?
Simply send an image of the item or product you’re looking for and specify the mall store with the Mall of the Emirates Digital Concierge on WhatsApp. When necessary, a personal digital concierge will go over additional information with you regarding size, colour and preferred styles before picking up the products from the store.
You will receive a payment link when you have confirmed the item. You can look forward to a rewarding purchasing experience as the product will be delivered within four hours. Shoppers can even receive 5 per cent cashback when spending on fashion at almost all MOE stores through SHARE until December 14, 2023.
Personal stylist service
