British fashion brand Kurt Geiger has launched a new campaign to debut their Spring/Summer 2022 collection. The campaign, London Out Loud, is an ode to the creative hub where the brand was founded.
The brand, which has been widely known for their footwear, is releasing an entire collection of accessories; from bags to heels, jewellery, sneakers and everything in between. Another reference to the historic capital of London is their Kensington collection, named after the affluent district in the city, and will focus on footwear and handbags.
“This summer is going to be about kindness, partying, bright colours, and feel-good fashion. I wanted this collection to reflect happiness and celebration. This can be seen in everything from the bucket hats and jelly shoes to the overall colour running wild throughout the collection,” shares Rebecca Farrar-Hockley, Kurt Geiger’s Creative Director.

The campaign was shot in London’s iconic Soho district, an area which is known for its eclectic streets, unparalleled energy and diverse faces. “We shot the collection in Soho, which has been an important part of my life for over 30 years. Post-Covid, the London and Soho spirit lives on and I think that this summer everyone will be getting back into that spirit,” Rebecca adds.
It’s no surprise that Soho was the backdrop of the campaign, given that the collection is possibly one of the boldest, brightest and vibrant collections released by the brand to date.
The collection is defined by five key styles: Neon Brights, Tie-Dye Nostalgia, Crazy Daisies, High Summer Hot Orange, and Peace, Love And Kindness. In other words, it’s got everything you need in your wardrobe if you want to manifest yourself a great summer season.
As part of the collection, the brand has also released an upcycled bag in an effort to implement more sustainable practices. The ‘Upcycled Kensington’ is a revised take on Kurt Geiger’s bestselling handbag silhouette, created from recycled materials from previous designs.
