It’s no secret that Kourtney Kardashian has seemingly taken a step back from The Kardashians this season, letting her sister Khloé and Kim step into the spotlight. It’s true that the reality star has been focussing on her pregnancy journey with new husband Travis Barker but according to Kardashian, the distance between her sisters started a few years ago.

In a new episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the Lemme founder says she drifted from her sisters around 2018 when Khloé was pregnant with True and Kim was expecting her daughter Chicago via surrogacy.

“I just felt like they really bonded, like they were going through the same things,” she said. “And that’s when I was unhappy with the show, partially because of them two kind of ganging up. It was almost everything that Khloe and I had kind of done to Kim, and then they were flipping it on me.”

Nowadays Kardashian says she prefers to enjoy alone time. “I think some of us more than others feel the need to distance sometimes or just do our own thing, have our own thing,” Kardashian added. “I love to keep my little bubble and as they say, ‘Protect your energy.’ And I just like to be in my own little world and enter it when I choose and then slip back in.”

She continued, “I feel like Khloe and I are good. I spoke to her the whole time she was in Milan. We were FaceTiming. We FaceTimed on the way to school this morning. I saw her this morning at school. We’re good. I think just life isn’t the same. I think I’m in a different place.”

The Poosh founder has been incredibly busy too. She just launched a new lifestyle brand Lemme, is currently (although controversially) collaborating with Boohoo, all on top of her IVF journey.

You do you, sis.
