Welcome to Cocktails in Couture, where we show you how to make the very-best GRAZIA-approved tipples. Starting the weekend off right, we’re serving up our new favourite whisky-based beverage using the Glenfiddich 18: A Penicillin.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Glenfiddich 18
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3/4 ounce honey-ginger syrup*
  • Garnish: candied ginger

And why Glenfiddich, we hear you ask? Well, not only does the 18-year-old whisky flavour profile marry perfectly with the spiciness of the ginger in this cocktail, but the family-owned brand are on a mission to give a platform to women in whisky. Partnering with 18 trailblazing female leaders in the F&B industry to craft unique cocktails using Glenfiddich’s famed 12,15 and 18-year-old editions, the campaign aims to flip the script of Single Malt whisky being a territory dominated by men.
