But perhaps in the most candid images she’s ever shared, the Emirati princess has given an intimate glimpse inside the birth of her new baby girl she welcomed last week with her husband His Highness Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum.
Taking to Instagram, the new royal mum shared a series of photographs from the birth of her daughter, Mahra named after her, with her devoted 318,000 followers.
The royal revealed she gave birth at Latifa Hospital in Dubai on May 1, 2024 and was in the capable hands of Dr. Fadi Mirza, a highly acclaimed medical professional and obstetrician in the region.
“Thank you Dr. Fadi Mirza and Latifa Hospital team for all your support and most memorable experience for bringing baby Mahra to this world,” Her Highness captioned the post.
The carousel of photos shared showcased Sheikha Mahra’s devoted husband Sheikh Mana watching as she cradled her daughter for one of the very first times.
Other sweet snaps included Sheikh Mana also holding baby Mahra and new grandmother Zoe Grigorakos, Sheikha Mahra’s mother, doting on her first grandchild.
Her Highness also shared a snap of the mountain of gifts she received following the birth of baby Mahra to celebrate the joyous occasion of the newest addition to the Dubai royal family.
Sheikha Mahra & Sheikh Mana announce the birth of their first child
The announcement of the birth of the royal couple’s daughter was made by Sheikh Mana himself via Instagram.
Sharing an Instagram story, he revealed his wife Sheikha Mahra had given birth. The baby girl is named after her mother with the same moniker Mahra.
The new addition to family marks another grandchild for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
