Yesterday, in New York City, the Rhode Beauty founder doubled down on the silhouette, pairing one of her biggest coats yet with barely an inch left of her leather Cultnaked skort to see. Though the burgundy outerwear was cinched at the waist, it featured some prominent power shoulders—and the widest lapels we have ever seen.
Bieber made sure to rug up for the chilly NYC weather with a V-neck black sweater and sheer tights by Calzedonia.
For the rest of the look, she brought a business casual twist with heeled Mary-Jane glove pumps by Proenza Schouler, a Chanel Boston bag in a rich maroon hue and ’90s-style sunglasses.
Flattering, versatile and comfortable, the look makes for a great outfit formula for work, play and everything in between. But as Bieber demonstrates, it’s all about balance. The trick to nailing it is working with a chunky or open shoe. The model also likes to bring a touch of femininity with statement earrings and always pairs the micro hemline with a snug baby tee or oversized knit.
