Enter a world of elegance at the ballet

An Enduring Masterpiece Returns to the Stage at Dubai Opera this September. Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, one of the most loved and mesmerising of classical ballets, is an enduring masterpiece of music and movement. This emotional tale of Prince Siegfried and a cursed Swan Princess continues to captivate audiences more than a century after its creation. Originally premiered in 1877, it was the legendary choreography by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov that transformed Swan Lake into the timeless ballet we know today. This production, performed by the Hungarian National Ballet and the Hungarian National Opera Orchestra, follows that celebrated tradition, with additional revisions by Rudi van Dantzig and Toer van Schayk.
Float into Infinity at burj al arab

As the sun dips below the horizon, SAL beach club at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab invites guests to melt the week away in a transformative ritual of restoration. Beginning Friday, 5 September, and running every other Friday from 8:30pm to 10:00pm, the Floating Immersive Breathwork experience, hosted by Breasy’s wellness experts, offers a one-of-a-kind escape into serenity at SAL’s stunning saltwater pool. UNLEASH YOUR STRENGTH WITH SPARTAN MIDDLE EAST

Spartan Middle East has teamed up with Warehouse Gym, to launch a series of free, hour-long Workout Tours across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The sessions are designed to help participants build the strength, stamina, and mindset needed for the UAE’s biggest Obstacle Course Races coming to the Etihad Arena on September 20. Each class is a high-intensity, full-body training session inspired by the demands of a Spartan course. Expect a mix of running intervals, weighted carries, climbs, and functional bodyweight drills, all designed to improve endurance, power, and resilience.
