Fashion Week 2021 is officially back – and it’s bringing a new initiative with it.

Earlier this week, Fashion Week 2021 announced it’s three-day celebration, taking place from the 16th of December to the 18th at Arena, IMG Worlds of Adventure. Led by a group of global fashion experts, the partnership is meant to help support local and regional talent.

“Fashion Week 2021 aims at shining the light on the massive local and regional talent. The designers will be able to showcase their designs in a quality setting, where we take care of their brand positioning with great professionalism and remarkable execution from the start to the end. Our aim is to bring nothing but the very best for our talent and to our audiences,” reveals Kevin Oliver, Director/Producer Fashion Week 2021.

“In keeping with the country’s stance, reflecting the vision of the leaders, we are reinventing fashion showcasing and establishing the UAE’s top spot as a category leader, once again. We want to stir awareness for our local designer’s and ignite curiosity amongst international fashion enthusiasts and bridge accessibility to create business opportunities,” add’s Saif Ali Khan, Managing Director of Supreme Events and Founder and Show Producer of Fashion Week 2021.

The list of MENA and Asia designers includes – Rabia Z and Ameera Ahli (House of IKAT), Angelo Estera, Varoin Marwah, Behnoode, Atelier Zuhra, Nivedita Saboo, Rocky S, Victor Closet, Limak by Kamil, Lara Fashion, Muhammad Noman Ansari, and Amato by Furne One.

Fashion Week 2021 aims to celebrate fashion in the region, especially in the UAE. The glamorous three-day event will be filled with regional influencers, fashion enthusiasts and iconic presentations from avant-garde designers. It is supported by Balmain Hair Couture, Splash Fashions, Saoub Saunders, Sprocket Science Films, Percept ME, Rove Hotels, Void The Agency, Victor Magazine, Bobby Sahotra Photography, Food Artist & Molecular Gastronomist Omar Sartawi and Fun Asia Network (FAN). Alongside the fashion show, there will be a community initiative termed ‘Bazaar’, which will showcase unique products from local micro brands to shop.
