The Dubai-based entrepreneur and beauty influencer Eljammi recently went off the market and tied the knot with a partner for life, Anthony Tokault, to whom she got engaged to in November 2021 in Baku, Azerbijan. The wedding took place at the Ritz Carlton, JBR, Dubai. And in an exclusive interview with GRAZIA, Eljammi spilled the beans on what it was like to plan her wedding and shared all the details of her stunning look.

Eljammi told us all about the planning process, which took ten months to organise. “I’m a perfectionist, so I had to take my time to go through every detail and find the right venue,” Eljammi said. The stunning bride also shared snippets of the wedding on her Instagram page, where we got to see the venue and the decoration, the makeup look, which was by Rola Baghadi, and of course, the dress, or should we say the dresses? Eljammi appeared in two different looks, the first by Milanova and the second from Twisted Wardrobe, whereas the groom appeared in a Tom Ford suit.

We wanted to know more about the wedding arrangement, so we asked her about the most challenging part she faced, and she told us that it was finding the right wedding planners and decorators. “After so many meetings, I wasn’t clicking with anyone on a personal and energy level until I finally went with Design Boulevard Events. However, my in-house team and I were still involved in every step of the planning and the decision-making process.” she told us. Moreover, according to Eljammi, the easiest part was arranging the live entertainment and she added, “most of our friends know us as the fun party couple, and we made sure we translated that well into our wedding.”

Just like most of us, Eljammi had a vision of how her perfect wedding would look like, and apparently, it was in the open air, “I wanted my wedding to be in an outdoor venue during sunset and fresh air; I just never thought you could get the same feelings in an indoor closed roof venue.” Eljammi told us.

As we all know, the wedding day can bring a mix of emotions and get the bridezilla out of most brides, but it wasn’t the case for Eljammi, who was very zen throughout the day, “I have a strong personality, and I’m very straightforward, many people expected me to be in my bridezilla mode, but somehow I was calm and collected. I still wonder how that happened.” she mentioned.

One last thing we wanted to ask her was if she faced post-wedding blues as some brides do, and she said, “Both my husband and I felt it; the wedding felt like a blur, so I had to watch the video the day after just to remind myself of how it was and check my dance moves.”

We wish the couple a happy married life!
