The iconic Italian fashion house, Roberto Cavalli, is set to make a grand entrance to Dubai next month.
The esteemed Maison has been announced as the Guest of Honour for Dubai Fashion Week and is set to close the Spring/Summer 2025 season.
Marking yet another major milestone for Dubai’s fashion landscape, Khadija Al Bastaki, Senior Vice President of Dubai Design District (d3), part of TECOM Group, said, “Roberto Cavalli’s Middle East runway debut on our platform sends a powerful message to the international industry.”
She added, “Roberto Cavalli will be a memorable closer to the Spring/Summer edition, cementing Dubai’s renown among the world’s five fashion capitals, including London, Paris, Milan, and New York.”
An Exclusive Collection

With anticipation building in the air for the third edition, Fausto Puglisi, the visionary creative director of the house since 2020, will bring the iconic collections from the streets of Milan to Dubai.
“We are honoured to be the guest brand at Dubai Fashion Week,” Puglisi said. “Showcasing here [Dubai] allows us to connect more deeply with our loyal clientele and new admirers alike.”
He further explained that the brand will present an exclusive collection for the event: “Our SS25 collection, exclusively edited for this event, reflects the luxurious essence of both Dubai and Roberto Cavalli.”
When will Dubai Fashion Week start?
Kicking off the global SS25 fashion calendar, Dubai Fashion Week will take place from September 1 to September 7 ahead of New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.
What is Dubai Fashion Week?
D3 and the Arab Fashion Council jointly founded DFW last year, which evolved from the well-known and previously established Arab Fashion Week. This SS25 edition will fall in line with the Arab Fashion Council’s 10th anniversary.
Previous Dubai Fashion Weeks gave us some iconic moments from the runway queen herself, Naomi Campbell. Last year also included a special presentation by Carolina Herrera, and many notable collaborations that were unveiled to us. This included Mrs. Keepa Studio collaborating with Sotheby’s Dubai, and even Bil Arabi collaborating with Bloomingdale’s.
