From luxurious skincare to lock-loving dry shampoos and the best bronzers in the business, these are the best new beauty products to stock up on this month. You’re welcome.
Guerlain
I’ve always loved Guerlain’s iconic Abeille Royale range. Not only does it smell sublime with its sweet honeyed notes, but it’s literally buzzing with beautifying ingredients to nourish skin from within. One of its latest additions is this dreamy day cream, which takes inspiration from the healing properties of honey bandages used to treat wounds. What does that mean for your skin? Well, it helps stimulate repair processes, which in turn combats four of the biggest impacts of collagen loss – wrinkles, firmness, smoothness and radiance. Sold.
MAC
Makeup infused with skin-loving ingredients is nothing new. In fact, it’s pretty much a standard requirement these days, and rightly so. But what is new (and amazing) is MAC’s new serum-powered foundation. Packed full of 33 whizzy ingredients usually found in top-notch face creams (10% hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and jojoba and olive oils included), it boots hydration by a whopping 209%. Not to mention its lightweight, buildable formula that instantly smoothes skins and blurs out pores for a filter-like finish.

Name something more decadent than smothering yourself in Hermès. Nope? Thought not. Quite possibly the most heavenly body moisturiser ever, the Musc Padilla scented body cream is made with 91% natural origin ingredients and nourishing, soothing actives like aloe vera, shea butter and sweet almond and argan oils. It literally melts into skin like the softest Hermès silk scarf, while imparting a warm, musky-floral scent. Sublime.
olaplex
You know that meme that’s like “I’m 90% dry shampoo at this point”? No exaggeration, that is me. I swear by this hair hero to add texture and volume to my otherwise flat, limp locks, and – of course – to see me through washes. The only problem is many cause my scalp to become quite dry and itchy. Until now, that is. Enter Olaplex’s first-ever dry shampoo, which uses the brand’s signature bond-building technology that doesn’t clog pores and calms the scalp with no tell-tale white residue. Game-changer.
Benefit
Despite the fact it’s only just launched, Benefit’s mega new mascara has already garnered over 443 million views on TikTok and is causing a major stir among makeup aficionados. Me included. Not only does it curl, lift and separate to create the look of more lashes, but its clever 40-degree curved brush makes sure every lash, from corner to corner, is coated in its water-resistant, long-lasting, lash-loving formula, which includes rice wax, cranberry extract and provitamin B5 to condition, nourish and define. I also love that it feels weightless and doesn’t clump or make lashes feel heavy. Fan-tastic.

If something promises to help treat and reduce the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation, it instantly has my attention. If said product happens to be a luxurious Chanel mask, I need absolutely no convincing. Hyperpigmentation is my biggest beauty bugbear and something I’ve struggled with since pregnancy, so when Chanel’s new Le Lift Pro Uniformity Mask landed on my desk, I literally squealed with excitement. Packed with a potent melipona enzymatic ingredient, it strengthens the skin and corrects signs of ageing and colour contrast from dark spots. Its light, jelly-like texture is so refreshing and it can be used in just 10 minutes for instant radiance and skin uniformity.

If I could only use one makeup product for the rest of my life, it would be bronzer. I use it everywhere. To contour my face, in my cut crease to define my eyes, dusted across my collarbones to add a touch of tan. You get the gist. That being said, I’m very fussy when it comes to bronzers, so when one comes along that has me hooked from the off, it says a lot. With its smooth micro-powder formula packed with oil-absorbing powders and micro-refined golden pearls, gorgeous velvety finish and lightweight feel, Pat McGrath has worked her makeup magic once again with the launch of her new bronzers. Another product I’m a sucker for is a cream that works while I sleep to totally transform my skin. I mean, who isn’t? You literally just slather it on, drift off and wake up to better, more beautiful skin. It’s a no-brainer. Especially when said night cream is Sisley’s gorgeous new offering, which uses a potent blend of four powerhouse plant extracts and botanical butters and oils to boost the skin’s regenerative processes and help it recover from daily damage and stress. In a nutshell, you’ll wake up with skin visibly smoother, softer and firmer. Sleeping Beauty, eat your heart out.
Huda Beauty
If anyone was going to create a powder that allows you to set and bake your makeup sans cakiness, all whilst brightening skin, reducing shine and staying put come rain, sweat or shine – it’s Huda Kattan. Making baking as easy as pie (or Pound Cake, Banana Bread or Cinnamon Bun – aka the delicious shade names), this ultra-smooth, soft and finely-milled powder creates a velvety matte finish that’s like the Paris filter IRL. Flawless filtered skin, here we come.

I’m a total fragrance fanatic, but I’m also the most indecisive person on the planet. Yes, I’m a Libra… But thanks to Initio’s cute little compact set of its Hedonist collection fragrances, I can pop all three dreamy scents in my bag and mix and match as I go.
