Another month, another slew of beauty products landing on the beauty desk. If you find keeping up with what’s hot (and what’s not) in the world of beauty as impossible as keeping up with whether or not Kanye and Bianca Censori are expecting a baby, then don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. From the worlds of makeup, skincare, haircare and beyond, I’ve rigorously put the best new products through their paces to see what really deserves pride of place on a Beauty Editor’s vanity. Hey, it’s a hard job, but someone has to do it. From glow-getting makeup to age-defying creams and the best bronzers in the business, these are the best new beauty products to stock up on this month. You’re welcome.

Charlotte Tilbury

Charlotte Tilbury CHARLOTTE’S MAGIC HYDRATOR MIST
Charlotte Tilbury Magic Hydrator Mist, Dhs195, IN STORE

Let’s kick off with a double whammy of good news. Firstly, Charlotte Tilbury is now available exclusively on Ounass, which means you can get her glow-getting formulas delivered straight to your door in an hour. Yay. Secondly, she’s just launched her amazing new face-fixing mist, just in time for summer. Not only is it instantly refreshing, but it’s loaded with oxygen, hydration and glow-boosting ingredients that impart instant radiance and help shield skin from pollutants. After just a few spritzes, my face is visibly plumper, smoother and dreamily dewy. Top tip: Keep it in the fridge and spritz on skin after you’ve braved venturing outside. Feels sooo good.

Estée Lauder

estee lauder RE-NUTRIV ULTIMATE DIAMOND SCULPTED TRANSFORMATION CREME
Estée Lauder Re-Nutriv Ultimate Diamond Rich Transformative Energy Crème, Dhs1,599, SHOP NOW

One word: sirtuins. No idea what I’m talking about? Trust me when I say you’re going to be hearing a whole lot more about sirtuins and their ability to not only prevent but to reverse ageing. For real. Without getting into the science of it (watch this space as I’ll be dishing the juicy details on them very soon), Estée Lauder has been studying sirtuins (a family of seven essential enzymes) for years and has now included them in their ultra-luxe Re-Nutriv range. Alongside rare black diamond truffle extract, they treat everything from inflammation and redness to loss of elasticity and firmness. A dream to apply, this cream’s rich, velvety texture melts into skin and imparts a subtle floral scent. I’d smother my entire body in it if I could.

Hourglass

Hourglass VOYEUR EYESHADOW STICK
Hourglass Voyeur Eyeshadow Stick, Dhs159, SHOP NOW

I’m always a sucker for a bronze hue on my eyes (it’s universally flattering and makes all eye colours pop), especially when it comes in the form of a long-wearing, crease-proof stick that delivers stunning shimmery pigments with just a swipe. These new eyeshadow sticks from Hourglass make jazzing up eyes easy and fool-proof, and they’re available in seven gorgeous, golden tones. Depending which one you go for, you can even use it as a higlighter on your cheeks too. Win-win.

LYMA

LYMA Skincare Starter Kit
LYMA Skincare Starter Kit, Dhs2,410, SHOP NOW

What do the likes of Paris Hilton, Lily Aldridge, Cara Delevingne and Hailey Bieber have in common? They all swear by the LYMA laser for superstar skin. So, when the brand went and launched its first-ever skincare products – a serum and a cream – I, quite literally, jumped at the chance to try them. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. Which, given the pretty hefty price tag, you’d hope. Inside each seriously chic (and refillable) copper vessel, you’ll find the most active formulas on the market, created in partnership with a leading plastic surgeon. Using groundbreaking science that tackles the eight mechanisms of skin ageing, they drastically improve hydration, elasticity, firmness and redness. Don’t believe me? Check out these insane results. The proof is in the pudding, and I’ll definitely be back for seconds.

GHD

GHD Duet Style - Professional 2-in-1 Hot Air Styler
GHD Duet Style – Professional 2-in-1 Hot Air Styler, Dhs2,099, SHOP NOW

What wouldn’t I do for one hair tool that dries, styles and smooths my locks in a matter of minutes? Well, GHD has gone and answered my prayers with the launch of the Duet Style – a 2-in-1 styling device that does everything you could possibly want when it comes to sleek, shiny locks sans heat damage. How? By combining directed airflow with low-heated styling plates that glide over hair to dry, straighten and smooth. It’s particularly brilliant at calming frizz and flyaways, which – if you’ve experienced the humidity of a Dubai summer – you’ll know helps score it some major beauty points. In a nutshell, it’s the only tool you need to invest in if you want a quick and easy way to tend to tresses. Sorry straighteners.

All perfectly portioned into handly little sachets so you use just the right amount. Noble Panacea’s Exceptional Chronobiology Sleep Mask is just as its name suggests – exceptional at boosting the skin’s regeneration and repair process while we sleep so you wake up with a radiant, plump and firm face. Neutrogena

Proving you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get great skincare, Neutrogena’s new Retinol Boost range is backed by derms and offers over-the-counter retinol products that actually work. Sat there thinking, “But it’s summer, surely we should be avoiding retinol RN?” Nope, because thanks to the Retinol Boost Day Cream, which incorporates a full-spectrum SPF15 and a uniquely stabilised pure retinol formula boosted by Myrthus extract (read: five times faster efficacy vs. retinol alone), this moisturiser allows you to to get all the beauty benefits of retinol (less lines and wrinkles, enhanced skin texture and a more even complexion) while keeping skin safe in the sun.

Nudestix

Nudestix Nudies Matte All Over Face Color Bondi belle

The perfect way to enhance a holiday tan (or faux the glow if you won’t be seeing much of the sun this summer) these beautifying balms from Nudestix are the ultimate do-it-all bronzing boost. I use them to contour my face, bronze-up my eyes, and even on my collarbones and décolletage, and they melt easily into skin to add warmth and an instant glow. Yes, I know what you’re thinking, these aren’t new – but they have just launched two new Bondi shades that offer the perfect touch of tan to complement all skin tones. Obsessed is an understatement.

INSTYTUTUM

INSTYTUTUM ANTI-WRINKLE BRIGHTENING C-ERUM
INSTYTUTUM Anti-Wrinkle Brightening C-Erum, Dhs596, SHOP NOW

Last, but by no means last on the list, is INSTYTUTUM’s powerful vitamin C serum. As someone who’s battled with pigmentation for years, I’m always on the look out for anything that visibly treats and prevents the formation of dark spots, which is exactly what this does. Using ultrastable 15% vitamin C alongside niacinamide, vitamin E, peptides, squalane, bark extract and oleanolic and hyaluronic acids, it doesn’t just tackle pigmentation, but excess sebum, visible pores and uneven texture too. All whilst hydrating, plumping and smoothing skin. Sold.
