We are all well aware by now of, (yet another) celebrity cheating scandal, between famed footballer Neymar and social media influencer Bruna Biancardi. The Paris Saint-Germain player had reportedly cheated on his pregnant girlfriend for the second time. Curiosity precedes us, is this couple still together? Keep reading to find out.
The claims of adultery surfaced after blogger Fernanda Campo released many screenshots of a conversation she had with the Brazilian professional footballer dating back to June 12th of this year, the same time the player posted a photo of himself with his girlfriend Bruna. Unaware of his dating life and stunned by the photo, the blogger decided to expose screenshots and details about their infidelity scandal. “It was ugly that he omitted that part,” she stated.

Shortly after much backlash, Neymar addressed the rumours and issued a public apology on his Instagram, “Bru, I already asked for forgiveness for the mistakes, for the unnecessary exposure, but I feel obligated to publicly reaffirm this. If a private matter becomes public, the apology must be public as well.” he goes on to add, “I can’t imagine myself without you…the love for our baby will win, our love for each other will make us stronger.”
Seems like Bruna’s sister Bianca Biancardi doesn’t approve of Neymar’s behaviour, as she responded to his apology with, “To be clear, as long as this exposure and debauchery continue to happen, I will continue to speak. I suggest you stop dealing with serious situations with laughter. I know it’s hard to realize the seriousness of the situation when you don’t have responsibility, commitment, and care for others.” She further added, “He’s making fun of the situation instead of feeling embarrassed. He’s laughing on social media and leaving my sister in a bad place, once again. A man who refuses to be a man refuses to mature and take responsibility for what he does.” Although she shared her distaste for the apology, she attended the pair’s baby shower and shared her excitement about being an aunt in a series of Instagram posts.
As for the question, of whether the couple is still together, after the baby shower celebrations, they were recently spotted at an event in Brazil, cosying up to one another, whilst sharing a lollipop. So it’s suffice to say that the couple have made amends.
