If we needed any more proof Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are the ultimate couple goals, they just affirmed it, unveiling a new Fenty Beauty drop.

The rapper has collaborated with his “baby mama” and makeup mogul for the newest drop by Fenty Skin and we’re here for it.

Revealing the latest drop via the Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin Instagram pages, ASAP Rocky showcases the new product: Lux Balm.

To promote the new lip balm, a clip from the rapper’s 2023 music video for the track “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)”, hinting that this collab has been in the works for a while. The song features the lyrics, “Flossin’ hard, this ain’t dental floss/ Flossy, glossy/ Nah, —–, this ain’t lip gloss/Luxe balm up in my palm/ New collab with my baby mom.” Indeed, it seems Rihanna and the Fenty Beauty team really do plan ahead, as the ASAP Rocky music video for the Pharrell Williams-produced track was release back in July 2023.

According to Fenty Beauty’s post, the new balm is a “juicy, Barbados Cherry-powered lip balm packed with vitamin E + shea butter brings dry lips back to life with instant hydration.” Unlucky for us in the Middle East though, as it appears to only be available in the USA and Canada right now.

Although most fans were looking forward to the couple collaborating on a new song together, they are still excited about the LuxBalm collab. The comments section of the post amassed several positive comments, praising the rapper for being a supportive partner, with one user saying “Can your man support your visions???? If not LEAVE him today 😂.” To which we say, indeed.

Another user chimed in and commented, “If he wanted to, he would.”

It’s not the first time ASAP Rocky has appeared in a campaign for Fenty Skin. Back in 2020, the rapper starred alongside Rihanna for her beauty brand, showcasing that the skincare label was for the “fellas too”.

It wasn’t long after this campaign the couple, who are longtime friends, confirmed they were officially an item. Now, three years later, the pair have two children together. So, if that’s what happened after the first Fenty Skin campaign, we’ve got high hopes for this one.
