The beauty of travelling in first or business class is the attention to detail and comforting touches that make your long-haul flight just whole lot more luxurious. This comes in the form of gourmet cuisine 30,000 feet in the air, plush private cabins, and those ever-coveted amenity kits.

For the summer season, regional airlines, including Etihad and Emirates, recently unveiled stylish new travel kits in partnership with two lavish designer brands. With Emirates continuing its long-standing partnership with Bvlgari, and Etihad debuting a new collaboration with Armani, high-end flyers have a lot to look forward to when it comes to their in-flight self-care regimens.

But those aren’t the only airlines taking their beauty and grooming offerings to new heights. For those on the hunt for the most deluxe complimentary amenities when flying, here’s a round-up of all the luxurious vanity kits you can find on regional airlines.

EMIRATES

Alongside its recently upgraded cabin interiors, Emirates has released brand new amenity kits, in partnership with Bvlgari. First and business class flyers can look forward to eight collectible bags in an array of eye-catching fabrics and colours. In the feminine offer of the First Class kit, passengers can enjoy a vanity-case-and-clutch-bag set featuring a bronzed-coloured hue with turquoise trim. Inside the kits are a 30ml bottle of Bvlgari Le Gemme Orom Eau de Parfum, a Bvlgari face emulsion and body lotion, a cleansing towel, lip balm, and  an engraved gold-lacquered Bulgari mirror, exclusively created for the luxury airline. Essential items such as a dental kit, deodorant, and foldaway hairbrush are also part of the grooming package.

Bespoke Armani loungewear and slippers will also be provided, made from luxurious fabrics and featuring a unique, tonal print inspired by the Abu Dhabi skyline.

QATAR AIRWAYS

In 2022, the GCC-based airline unveiled an exclusive partnership with French perfumer, Diptyque, for their in-flight amenity kits. Available to First and Business Class passengers, the luxury Diptyque-branded bags are made from vegan leather and have been customised for male and female travellers. Each kit includes a nourishing lip balm enriched with roses and violets to soothe and soften lips, body lotion infused with orange blossom, and an essential face cream replenished with prickly pear extract to boost radiance. The kit will also include a Diptyque ‘Eau Rose’ Eau de Toilette, an infusion of the finest damascena and centifolia roses, or the brand’s signature ‘34 Boulevard Saint Germain’ Eau de Toilette, featuring notes of amber, patchouli, cinnamon and rose.
