If you’ve been following Margot Robbie’s career over the last few years, you’ll know that when it comes to her press tours, her fashion and styling are impeccable, taking the term “method dressing” to a whole new level. (How could we ever forget the Barbie press tour, after all?)
Now, to mark her new film Wuthering Heights, where the Oscar-winning actress stars alongside Jacob Elordi, she has once again been pulling out all the stops when it comes to fashion.
During the most recent press tour stop in Sydney, Australia, Margot stepped out in not one but two looks by Saudi Arabian couturier Mohammed Ashi, founder and creative director of Ashi Studio.

The first was for the Wuthering Heights Sydney premiere, where she arrived in a custom couture gown in rusted écru in a silhouette that nodded to 18th-century corsetry, sculpted through the waist with architectural precision, while the tulle sleeves and skirt were artfully distressed.
Similarly, for the Australia photocall, the 35-year-old wore an Ashi Studio piece again, this time in a mini dress silhouette. Once again featuring a corset, the short dress was “inspired by Victorian romance” and was designed with delicate vintage lace.

Margot stepping out in Sydney in the Saudi designer comes just a couple of weeks after the Wuthering Heights press tour kicked off in Los Angeles.
Starting the fashion of the press tour on a high, the actress paid tribute to Old Hollywood glamour on the red carpet, wearing Elizabeth Taylor’s legendary Cartier “Taj Mahal” diamond necklace – a 17th-century stone famously gifted to the actress by Richard Burton in 1972.

Styled with a sculptural Schiaparelli gown, the historic jewel felt both romantic and reverent, subtly mirroring the film’s sweeping themes of obsessive, enduring love.
Keep the press tour looks coming, Margot. We can’t get enough.
