After a triumphant first season, it has officially been confirmed that Love Is Blind, Habibi will be returning to our screens for season two in 2026.
The news was announced via the Netflix MENA account with a teaser video to unveil that the pods are, once again, open.
The first season, which aired in October 2024, took the internet by storm. Viewers followed a group of singles from all around the Arab world, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Iraq and more, as they dated through walls in the infamous ‘pods’. Leaving all superficial factors behind, the cast members connected solely through conversation and built true emotional bonds. Talking for hours and deeply learning about the other person on the other side of the wall, those who felt they formed a strong connection then got engaged – sight unseen.
Unfolding as dramatic revealings, the engaged couples got to meet each other face-to-face. True jaw-dropping moments and anticipation kept all of us on the edge of our seats.
The reveal, along with a dozen other viral moments including, Nour declaring she doesn’t do coffee dates and real love blooming between Safa and Mohammed, made it the show everyone couldn’t stop talking about. And now, it’s back and we couldn’t be more excited.
The drama and love from the first season reached far beyond just the TV screens of the region and made waves internationally, landing an international Emmy nomination for the Non-Scripted Entertainment category. Unfiltered and raw, the series is a true spectacle that the world couldn’t put down, and we’re sure the second season won’t be any different.
Bringing new energy to the show, Wissam Breidy and Rym Saidi will be taking over as hosts of the second season. Although many other details are yet to be revealed, including who the new cast members are and the exact date of the release, it’s bound to be as binge-worthy as the last one.
Until it hits our screens, we’ll be patiently waiting, reminiscing on the hottest moments from season one.
